GENERAL FAQS
Our HQ is located in Strathfield, NSW. You can select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready for collection.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours from when the order is placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. During busy times such as holidays and sales, please allow up to 72 hours for your item to be shipped. Please note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday.
Express Domestic Orders Australia wide: 1-3 business days.
Express International Orders: 3-5 business days with AUS Post.
We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, PayPal and AfterPay.
Yes, when item(s) are returned in saleable condition within 7 days of receiving your order, we will offer your choice of an online store credit, or refund. If you are between sizes, you can order both and return that which doesn't fit. To learn more, please visit our returns policy. Store credit notes have an expiration date of 12 months and can be used across the store.
We make every effort to handle your return for credit within three to five business days of your swimwear arriving in our warehouse. Your patience is valued as we are still a small team.

Solsona Swimwear is available in womens sizes AU/XS-XXL. We provide products that are true to size and adhere to industry standards for sizing.
We always recommend using caution when applying sunscreen and/or cosmetics, as well as removing marks as quickly as possible to avoid stains.
Avobenzone, a common sunscreen ingredient, can contribute to stains, therefore you may want to choose sunscreens without this component.
Our designs feature an integrated shelf bra with padded inserts to give you extra form and support if you need it.
To further personalise, the padding may be taken out and changed with your own.
We aim to ensure your utmost comfort and support! Our Powermesh fabric offers exceptional four-way stretch, allowing it to adapt seamlessly to your body and movements. Over time, it customizes its fit to the wearer, maintaining its robust and supportive structure thanks to its tightly woven construction. We utilize Powermesh as the internal lining for the front, back, and sides of our swimsuits, providing comprehensive coverage. Its gentle, smooth texture feels delightful against your skin. Powermesh inherently offers compression, aiding in shaping and accentuating your physique while allowing your skin to breathe freely. It's undoubtedly one of our top choices!
All our one-pieces are designed to provide full bum coverage. However, we understand that every body is unique, so the actual coverage may vary depending on your size and shape.
If not properly removed, hygiene stickers can occasionally leave a brief residue behind. Put your swimsuit in soapy water for 30 minutes to make sure your hygiene sticker doesn't leave any residue. While wet, remove the hygiene sticker.
Yes, our swimwear is made using a sustainable UPF50+ fabric that filters 98% of the sun's damaging UV rays.
Of course, we are aware that sun protection doesn't end there. We always advise wearing a high sun protection factor (SPF) sunscreen along with our products and advise covering your arms and legs in the sun or seeking out shade when possible.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email our team at orders@solsonaswim.com with the subject line ‘Faulty/Incorrect Item - Order #XXX’ and include your name, order number, and images detailing the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter with a replacement, refund, or repair, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
